Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Fellowship Program

The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) equips fellows with the skills to address the complex needs of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. Through clinical experiences, research opportunities and didactic training, our fellows gain expertise in areas such as autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities and related developmental disorders.
Our LEND program fosters collaboration among diverse disciplines, including medicine, psychology, social work, and education, to promote holistic care and improve outcomes for children. With a focus on leadership development and advocacy, LEND fellows emerge prepared to drive positive change in their communities and improve care for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and other chronic health conditions.
