Volunteerism

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is committed to taking its expertise beyond its own campus and into the community. It is through volunteerism that we are able to establish personal relationships and fulfill this commitment. Children's Hospital volunteers play a vital role in creating resources to promote healthy children, families and communities. Our commitment to public health is demonstrated by hundreds of community-based initiatives and partnerships that cover all areas of care, prevention, advocacy and education.

Volunteerism at CHOP is important on a community level as well as in the Hospital. If your school or organization would like a speaker on nutrition or health and fitness, please fill out a request form.
