Message From Our Leadership

“I would like to see a multicultural workforce where all employees can contribute their best and work effectively together without regard to race or ethnicity, physical ability, sexual orientation, religion, gender, job position or educational level. In order to do this, we need to interweave diversity into all aspects of the Hospital's systems and operations. Diversity needs to be a part of our recruitment and retention strategies, promotional considerations, training and internal and external communications, just to name a few. By ensuring that diversity is a part of all of our processes then we also ensure that we have a culture that is inclusive and not exclusive for both our staff and patients alike.”
