Managing Inclusion is a one-day program for directors, managers, supervisors and team leads with direct reports. The program examines diversity and inclusion practices and their impact on employee performance.
We have learned through experience that most employees are capable of contributing at high levels, but individual belief systems, organizational structures and company culture often create barriers to performance. Managing Inclusion helps executives and managers learn to make “exceptional” performance the norm by removing these barriers and engaging all employees in continuous learning and improvement.
