Volunteer Applications
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Because volunteering requires a significant commitment from the applicant and from our staff to provide the training, testing and processing of a volunteer, please be sure to review our volunteer requirements before submitting your application.
Submission of an application is the beginning of the application process. All volunteers are subject to a complete background investigation, must comply with health requirements, and are asked to provide two references. Applicants are encouraged to review the various volunteer program descriptions and requirements before submitting an application.
- Application for the adult volunteer program will be available February 1, 2013.
- Application for the college volunteer program will be available February 1, 2013.
- Apply for the pet therapy volunteer program.
- Apply as a one-time group and entertainment volunteer.
- Application for the summer teen program will be available April 1, 2013.
We're fortunate to receive many volunteer applications. Our program opportunities are based on the service needs of the hospital, therefore we match applicants’ skills, availability and experience to our current needs.
