Getting Around the Main Campus
Directions from the Main Building
of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to the Richard D. Wood Pediatric
Ambulatory Care Center
From the visitor elevators on the first floor of
the Main Building atrium:
- Take the elevator to the third floor. Turn right off the elevator.
- Take a few steps and turn right into the main hallway.
- Follow along this hallway through the bridge to the Wood Center.
- Once over the bridge/walkway, make a left down the hallway.
- You are now on the second floor of the Wood Center.
- The Wood Center elevators are located on your right at the mid-point of this hallway.

Now that you are in the Wood Center, you might be interested in the following:
- Coffee cart and vending machines: First floor
- ATM: First floor
- Parking Garage: Wood Center elevators to A and
B levels
- Restrooms: On each floor near elevators
- Courtesy Phone: First floor information desk
- Radiology: Second floor
- Outpatient Lab: Third floor
- Au Bon Pain: Located on the first floor of the
building on the right across from the main entrance
of the Wood Center.
- Abramson Cafeteria: Located on the first floor
of the Leonard and Madlyn Abramson Pediatric Research
Center.
