Dr. Gholson Lyon Describes Discovery of New Genetic Syndrome on GEN Podcast


Gholson Lyon, M.D., Ph.D., a principal investigator at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Center for Applied Genomics, was asked to record a podcast about his research using next-generation gene-sequencing techniques. In the recording, Dr. Lyon explained his use of the VAAST software and how it helped him identify the mutation in Ogden syndrome. Dr. Lyon’s interview is now a featured podcast on Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News (GEN).
