Your First Day at Children's Hospital
Your first day at CHOP is an interactive, multi-media orientation program that gives you the opportunity to learn about the Nation's #1 Pediatric institution, our history, our mission, vision and values as well as the exciting, groundbreaking work being done here.
Through discussion, guest presenters and video presentations, we guarantee you will leave New Employee Orientation confident you made the right choice to work at CHOP AND you will have some great stories to share with your family and friends.
You will have a unique opportunity to meet new colleagues, learn about CHOP's Core Competencies and how your performance will be evaluated, and most importantly, hear from our patients and families about the principles of Family Centered Care and the value YOU bring to their lives no matter what your role.
You'll also have an opportunity to take care of important basics such as ID badges, benefits information and parking. We will provide breakfast and lunch!
