The Patient Access and Revenue Cycle division (PARC) is dedicated to providing superior service to families before, during, and after their visit with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
PARC consists of six departments that work together to ensure key audiences – patients, families, referring physicians and insurance companies – have an easy experience with the organization. As a member of this essential team, you’ll explain out-of-pocket expenses to families and what they can expect from their visit and give families one number to call for all their needs. You’ll also contribute to creating a network that is easily accessible for referring physicians.
On the revenue side, it means making sure we get paid for all the services we provide. Each process you participate in within PARC is designed to ensure that every patient and family leaves the institution feeling as if they had the ideal experience in pediatric healthcare.
