Metabolic and Advanced Diagnostics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is a laboratory involved in comprehensive diagnosis and disease management for patients with disorders resulting from inborn errors of metabolism.

Our technologically advanced laboratory, highly skilled staff and diverse testing menu provide a much needed service to hospitals, physicians and other clinical laboratories both nationally and globally.

Our personnel are available to facilitate proper specimen collection, preparation, as appropriate, as well as handling and transport to ensure the integrity of both specimen and results.

All results are reviewed and professionally interpreted before being released to the clinician or referring institution, whilst additional assistance is also available as requested.
