- > 20% TBSA, Level 1 Activation
- Inhalation Injury
- Altered mental status or LOC at scene or in the ED

- TBSA - Lund and Browder Chart
- Depth
- Classification (Minor, Moderate, Major)
- Analgesia

- Guidelines for Wound Care
- Trauma Consult as needed for moderate burns
- Immediate Trauma Consult
