Welcome to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Primary Care Centers. We are here to provide convenient access to health services for the children of Philadelphia.

Our primary care teams consist of pediatricians, nurse practitioners, social workers, educators and other support staff. Our emphasis is on preventing disease, treating illness and providing information and education, as well as social support to patients and their families.
