We were informed of any side effects of the administered vaccine and she was gentle and understanding of my son's anxiety of needles

This was the first time my daughter was seen by Dr. Hepburn. She was fantastic. I had questions, my daughter had questions and she was great. When we left I said "I like her". And my daughter's response was "me too". She's 12 and all the things are happening to her body and she felt very comfortable talking to dr. Hepburn.....which made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Hepburn is always great! She takes her time to understand any concerns we may have, and she does a great job with informing us about my sons development. I enjoy that our appointments never feel rushed, and they are informative. You can tell that she cares for her patients and that is very important to me as a mother.

We always try to schedule with her because she shows a great level of care for her patients and is knowledgeable, and she takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and answer all questions. (As first time parents, we can have a lot at times) . Our son response's very well to Dr. Hepburn as well.
