Background

Sonia C. Ng, MD, FAAP, is a pediatric hospitalist, an attending physician dedicated to caring for hospitalized children, at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She works in General Pediatrics as both a front line clinician and with residents, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants at the main campus, Penn Princeton, and King of Prussia.  Dr. Ng serves diverse patient populations as a hospitalist and also serves in our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation unit, the Medical Behavioral Unit and in the Sedation Unit. Additionally, she attends infant births and provides Pediatric Consultation to the Emergency Room at Penn Princeton. Dr. Ng teaches medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine and participates in residency teaching at the main campus. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is Board Eligible in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Dr. Ng also participates in an investigational drug trial through the department of Infectious Disease.
