e-Cards
How e-Cards Work
When you send a card to a patient at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Family Library will receive and print your card. Then, a Family Resource Coordinator will deliver your card to the patient’s unit. Please keep in mind that e-Cards are available to inpatients only and are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Be sure to spell the patient’s first and last name correctly so we can accurately identify the location of the patient in the hospital. The staff at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia do their best to ensure that patients receive their cards promptly. Large volumes of cards, however, may take longer to print and deliver.
