Undescended Testes (Cryptorchidism) - a testis that did not descend all the way into the scrotum
During normal development, the testicle travel from the abdomen down into the scrotum. Cryptorchidism, or undescended testes, refers to a testis that did not descend all the way into the scrotum before a child is 6 months of age.
