CHOP services at Virtua
CHOP-employed physicians provide pediatric services in the following areas at Virtua's new Voorhees hospital and Virtua Memorial:
- Inpatient pediatric units
- Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) — Virtua Voorhees only
- Emergency departments
The new Virtua Voorhees hospital opened in May 2011. It features a dedicated Women and Children’s Pavilion that offers:
- State-of-the-art inpatient pediatric unit
- Pediatric intensive care unit
- Pediatric emergency department
- Pediatric and teen playrooms
- Pediatric garden and play area
- Family lounge
New Virtua Voorhees Hospital
