Welcome
Primary Care, CHOP Campus (formerly General Pediatric Faculty Practice) is located in the heart of CHOP's Main Campus, and provides primary care services from birth through young adulthood to both medically healthy and medically challenged children from the tri-state region.
Our caring and compassionate staff includes 10 board-certified CHOP pediatricians who serve on the faculty of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and is also board certified. Learn more about our team »
Choosing your child's primary care pediatrician
We encourage you to identify one member of our group as your child's primary care provider (PCP) for yearly routine check-ups/physicals. During times of illness, our schedules allow for great flexibility to accommodate your needs, including evening and Saturday appointments.
When you make your child’s appointment, please let our staff know about any concerns you have about your child's health so sufficient time can be scheduled for your child’s office visit.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to all of our patients, we ask that families notify our office 24 hours in advance if your child cannot keep a scheduled appointment.
