To accommodate our working families, we have modified our schedules to allow for scheduling of routine check-ups/ physicals in the evenings (Monday-Thursday) as well as on Saturday mornings.

For your convenience, we offer several options to families who call us from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday:
- Press [1] if your child is sick and you need to speak with a nurse for medical advice or to schedule a same day sick appointment.
- Press [2] for lab results, prescription refills, prescription preauthorizations or WIC forms.
- Press [3] to schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments, leave a message for a provider, or have questions regarding a health assessment, FMLA or utility forms.
- Press [4] for referrals approved by your provider.
- Press [5] for medical emergencies.
- Press [6] for general information about the practice.
Our office coordinators are trained to ask essential questions to assist with your requests. Our nurse triage line is staffed by a registered nurse who is qualified to answer any questions and address your concerns.
