For calls about asthma, asthma medication refill, questions about asthma medications:
Please ask the following:
“Does your child use a Ventolin inhaler or pump?”
If so:
“Please get the Ventolin inhaler/pump and read to me the numbers located on the canister near the top of the inhaler.”
IF the numbers are:

Say to the caregiver:
