This brand-new, two-story, 52,000-square-foot environmentally sustainable building contains 56 child-friendly examination rooms, plus rooms dedicated to radiology, hearing and vision testing, and a phlebotomy laboratory. The new center has the capacity to accommodate more than 45,000 outpatient visits a year.

What this means for your family

The CHOP Care Network primary care practices and physicians at 3550 Market St. and 39th and Chestnut streets, as well as our Division of Adolescent Medicine’s specialty and family care programs, have merged and relocated to form the new Karabots Center.

Former patients of these two primary care practices will now see their doctor at this state-of-the-art primary care facility.
 

Location

The Karabots Center is conveniently located at 48th and Market Streets near the newly renovated Market-Frankford El and numerous SEPTA bus routes. A parking lot offers abundant free parking to patient families.
