At the CHOP Pediatric & Adolescent Care practice (formerly Kids First) in West Chester, Pa, we believe that every child should have a medical home. A pediatric medical home is a place where care of the highest quality is delivered with compassion, respect and affection for children and their families. It is a place where medical care is coordinated and where relationships develop.
Your child's medical home should be filled with people whom you know and trust. Your child's medical record should always be available. You should be able to call home at any time, 24 hours a day. You and your child should feel comfortable and welcome in your home.
We recognize that you have many demands on your schedule even as you desire the best medical care for your child. For this reason, we are open seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
