PACT Receives Award From Lighthouse Hospice
In conjunction with National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, Lighthouse Hospice in Cherry Hill, NJ honored CHOP's Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT) with a Service Excellence Award. The award recognized PACT's continued partnership with hospices in the Philadelphia area and the team's excellent pediatric palliative care. The award was presented to PACT medical director Dr. Tammy Kang at a November 2009 ceremony.
