Welcome Our New Diabetes Educators

Please welcome our new certified diabetes educators!

• Sandra Hartranft, RN, CDE, CPT – Sandra comes to us from Abington Memorial Hospital where she served as an inpatient and outpatient diabetes nurse educator. Sandy has experience in insulin pump and CGM education, and program management. She will be working with us part time.
• Meredith Allen, RD, CDE, LDN, MS (currently enrolled) – Meredith will be working with us full-time. She has worked as a diabetes educator for various corporations and in private endocrinology practices, and as a clinical dietitian for the Barnabas Health System.

We look forward to enhancing and expanding our services to patients, families and staff!
