  • Increased WOB

  • Chest pain

  • Headache

  • Abdominal pain

  • Fever, hx:  fever > 38.4°C (101.1°F)

  • Dactylitis

  • Priapism

  • Moderate to severe pain

  • Sclera more icteric
  • Mild pain
