Biography
Dr. Blum graduated from Bowdoin College in 1984 and from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1988. Upon completion of his pediatric residency and developmental-behavioral pediatric fellowship at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in 1994, he joined the faculty of the Division of Child Development and Rehabilitation Medicine at Children's Hospital and The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Dr. Blum has wide-ranging interests in neurodevelopmental disabilities and behaviors disorders. His research and clinical has focused on assessment and treatments for children with school problems, behavioral difficulties in children with disabilities and toilet training problems. He is a member of the Section of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
