Linking community providers to CHOP services
The Department of Physician Referral Services at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is staffed by physician liaisons and support personnel who link pediatricians, family practitioners, pediatric and adult specialists and other healthcare providers to the Hospital's many programs and services. We provide a direct contact for you when you have questions, concerns or specific problems accessing or navigating one of our services.
Each physician liaison is responsible for a specific geographic area, including our liaisons for the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment. If you do not currently have a liaison visiting your office in the PA, NJ or DE areas or need to contact your current liaison, please refer to our Meet the Team section. Here, you'll find detailed contact information to initiate a personal visit. We look forward to assisting you with whatever needs you have.

Help The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia stay up-to-date with your practice. If you change your address, add new physicians or have any new information you want to share with us, use our Referring Physician Web portal or e-mail updatemyinfo@email.chop.edu.
Our Referring Physician Portal Has Moved
Our new URL is http://rpp.chop.edu. You can still access the portal at www.chop.edu, then click on For Healthcare Professionals and the Portal icon on the bottom left.
If you have created a Windows shortcut on your computer, move the mouse over the icon and right click. Then choose Properties and replace the URL with http://rpp.chop.edu and click OK. Your icon will now take you to the new location.
