Events for Families

Pre-adoption discussion and support group

When: Saturday, February 6, 2010, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Where: Pediatric & Adolescent Specialty Care Center in King of Prussia, 210 Mall Boulevard, East Building, 2nd floor

We invite all families waiting to bring children home to our first pre-adoption discussion and support group. We'll have an overview of pre-adoption challenges, and will ask attendees to help us prioritize what you'd like to learn or talk about. We will coordinate guest speakers for upcoming meetings. Please RSVP by e-mailing CHOPADOPT@email.chop.edu. Include your last name and the words "Pre-adoption group."

Pre-adoption discussion support groups will also be held on March 20 and April 10 at the same time and location. RSVP is required, please.

Play groups

All play groups are held at our Pediatric & Adolescent Specialty Care Center in King of Prussia, 210 Mall Boulevard, East Building, 2nd floor.

Times for events on all 3 days:

9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Children 3 and under
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Children 4 - 6
3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Kids Club - Children 7 - 11

Please RSVP by e-mailing CHOPADOPT@email.chop.edu. In subject line, please include your last name and the date and time you will be attending. In the content, please include your child's name and age.

Space is limited; so please RSVP as soon as you can for the date and time that best matches your family needs.
