Dear families,
Welcome to the Regional Autism Center. We provide comprehensive, coordinated, family-centered care — from accurate diagnosis to the most advanced treatments — and we continually strive to offer you a repository of knowledge, support and guidance.
When your child is treated at the Regional Autism Center, he or she will have access to an interdisciplinary team of leading clinicians and researchers, as well as the full resources of The Children' Hospital of Philadelphia. Our team uses state-of-the-art clinical assessment tools to provide the most definitive diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorders. We then recommend immediate and long-term treatment options to meet your child' specific developmental and educational needs.
Our core team includes specialists in: developmental and behavioral pediatrics, psychology and behavioral therapy, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, nursing and social work.
As needed, specialists in the following disciplines become involved in your child' care: allergy, gastroenterology, genetics, child and adolescent psychiatry, neurology, immunology, nutrition, special education and physical therapy.
We care for patients at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia outpatient center at 3550 Market Street, as well as at conveniently located Children's Hospital subspecialty centers in King of Prussia, PA, and in Voorhees, NJ.
Our greatest interest is in providing the best possible care for your child's developmental needs.
