If you would like to obtain a second opinion for your child, schedule a procedure, or receive more information about Cardiac Center services, please call the Cardiac Center Nurse Referral Program at 267-426-9600 or email chopcardiacreferral@email.chop.edu. Please have insurance information available when you call.
