At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we understand this may be an extremely challenging and disorienting time for your child and your family. GI training videos
Some children may require a nasogastric (NG) tube to receive the nutrients they need to grow. In this training video series, clinicians at CHOP present an overview of NG tubes including family demonstrations. Watch the GI Training Videos.
CHOP-Penn Transition Program for digestive, liver and pancreatic medicine
The CHOP-Penn Transition Program includes adult and pediatric gastroenterologists, hepatologists, a full-time nurse practitioner and other healthcare providers from CHOP and Penn Medicine, working together to ensure a smooth transition to adult care. Our team works closely with you and your child to prepare you for the transition years in advance, and then provide comprehensive support during the process. Watch our Transition Video Series.
