The Cochlear Implant Program is a specialized program within the Center for Childhood Communication. Our team of otolaryngologists, audiologists, speech-language pathologists, mental health professionals, a social worker and educational consultants (teachers of the deaf) evaluate children with severe-to-profound hearing loss that may be helped by a cochlear implant. We provide ongoing support to children and their families following implantation.
The Cochlear Implant team includes audiologists, otolaryngologists (ENT doctors), speech-language pathologists, a social worker and an educational consultant.
