Application for Providing Entertainment

Thank you for your interest in providing entertainment for the patients at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Please review CHOP's Guidelines for Entertainers carefully before submitting this application.

Due to staff availability, these are the times when we can accommodate special events: Monday & Thursday- 2:00-4:00, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday- 10:00-12:00 and 2:00-4:00, Saturday & Sunday- 2:00-4:00. Please know that there are only so many open slots per month. Slots are filled at a first come bases.

All applications will be reviewed for appropriateness of activity, size and ages of the visiting group and scheduling availability. Completion of an application does not guarantee acceptance or scheduling of a visit, however we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Thank you.
