Early Head Start at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Early Head Start is a program that gives low-income pregnant women and families the skills they need to enhance their children's growth and development during the first three years of life. The program also provides access to community resources that foster healthy and self-sufficient families and offers enrichment activities for children with disabilities.

How to apply for Early Head Start

Early Head Start services are available to pregnant women and families with children under the age of 3. To qualify, you must have a family income at or below the federal poverty guidelines and a permanent residence in identified areas of West Philadelphia.
