It’s that time again! Registration is now open for our 17th annual Fetal Family Reunion in Philadelphia, scheduled for Sunday, June 23, 2013. Sign up now and stay tuned here and on the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Facebook page for more details to come soon!
Has your address, email, or phone number changed? Be sure to provide your updated information when you RSVP!
And even if you can’t attend but want to stay in touch, please fill out the form with any updated contact information so we can be sure to keep you informed of future events! (Just fill out the RSVP form with your new email, address or phone number, check “no” where it asks if your family members will be attending this year, and submit the form.)
We’re creating a video to be played at our reunion – and we need your help!
We want your child to star in our video! Please send us a video (AVI or WMV format is preferred) of your child taken somewhere in your hometown. You can choose anywhere from your front steps to a town landmark, and we encourage you to be as creative as you’d like! Just know that sound is not guaranteed to be played.
In the video, please have your child hold up a sign clearly reading:
Child's first name
From [your town here]
to PHILADELPHIA!
If you cant send in a video, you can also send us a picture. Just be sure your child is holding up the sign in the photo as well!
We're also looking for photos to include in a collage we create each year to represent all of the children treated at The Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment. Please send a digital photo (Jpeg or tif format) of your child. Be sure to include your child's name and diagnosis in the email.
Videos and photos can be emailed to Jen Rizzio. Deadline for submission is June 7.
The Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment (CFDT) recently hit the road for our first-ever Florida event for former CFDT patients and their families. On Sunday, March 3, 2013, nearly 100 patients, families and staff reunited in Clearwater, Florida for a Phillies spring training baseball game! Stay tuned for pictures. Read more about the event »
