Professional Training Opportunities

The Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment offers a number of professional training opportunities for physicians and other healthcare professionals who want to learn from the pioneers of fetal medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

The Center team is constantly working to refine and advance the techniques used to treat fetal anomalies before and after birth. Many of the problems we treat are quite rare; a physician may encounter only one or two cases in an entire career. Yet, our specialized team sees these conditions every day — a level of experience that contributes to the best possible outcomes.

Whether you are looking for an intensive fellowship to work side-by-side fetal surgery’s most accomplished professionals or to expand your understanding of fetal conditions you may encounter in your practice, we have educational opportunities available to you.

The Center offers two fellowships to maternal-fetal medicine specialists interested in learning more about the investigation and management of fetal disease. Follow the links below for program requirements, learning goals and contact information.
