Overview
The Division of General Pediatrics cares for inpatients referred for acute care at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and provides primary care on an outpatient basis through its Faculty Practice.
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia inpatient satellites, CHOP Newborn and Pediatric Care, are located at Abington Memorial Hospital, The Chester County Hospital, Grand View Hospital and Shore Memorial Hospital. These units are operated jointly and staffed by The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia physicians.
Primary care for children in West and South Philadelphia is also available through The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Pediatric & Adolescent Care at Main Campus, University City, Cobbs Creek and South Philadelphia.
