Local Car Seat Checks
The Kohl's Injury Prevention Program partners with the Safe Kids Buckle Up Program and Safe Kids Southeastern Pennsylvania Coalition to provide car seat inspections and teach parents how to properly install child safety seats.
During a child safety seat check, child passenger safety technicians will teach you how to correctly transport your children and to make sure that everyone in a vehicle is buckled up on every ride. This is an educational service, not an installation service. Through this hands-on opportunity, you will learn how to properly secure your children in their child safety seats.
Car seat inspection events are free of charge. All parents and caregivers of young children are encouraged to attend.
