This staff member is typically the first person you talk to when calling International Patient Services at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. This person will collect two things from you: an initial intake form which you have filled out with your child’s information, and your child’s medical records.
When your family arrives in Philadelphia, the International Access Coordinator continues to be an ongoing resource. The Coordinator will answer any questions you may have and work hand-in-hand with your Clinical Coordinator to ensure your child has access to all services deemed appropriate by your child’s physicians.
