The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia ranked No. 1 in more pediatric specialties than any other hospital in the nation, earning it top honors in
U.S.News & World Report’s 2012-13 survey. CHOP ranked first in the nation for
cancer,
diabetes and endocrinology,
gastroenterology,
orthopaedics,
pulmonology and
urology, and in the top four for every other pediatric specialty ranked by the
U.S. News survey.
The Hospital also tied for No. 1 in the U.S. News Best Children’s Hospitals Honor Roll. Only 12 children’s centers in the U.S. earned a place of distinction on the 2012-13 Best Children’s Hospital Honor Roll.
