During a child’s illness, a family should be free to focus their attention on the child and his or her care. The International Patient Services Department offers many amenities to support the family in this endeavor, including an International Patient Services Coordinator to assist the family in scheduling their initial appointment and to help manage the many details involved with planning a trip to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Once a family arrives in Philadelphia, the International Patient Services Coordinator continues to be an ongoing resource. The Coordinator will meet the patient and family at the Hospital, arrange a tour of the Main Campus and answer any questions the family may have.
The goal of the International Patient Services Department is to make a stay at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Lufthansa German Airlines offers a comprehensive global route network linking Philadelphia with major cities around the world.
