Prelim STAT results available 3-5 days, with final STAT results in 7-10 days. Chromosme analysis is being replaced by Genome-Wide array and is usually done to rule out specific Numerical abnormality [Trisomy 13/18/21 (Down Syndrome), Monosomy X (Turner Syndrome)] or balanced alterations.
