Phlebotomy will draw Monday-Thursday & 6:00am run only on Friday. Will not draw if ordered with Lymphocyte Cultures (Mitogen &/or Antigen). Panel includes % & absolute CD5+/CD19+, CD19+, CD19+/CD20-/IgG+, CD19+/CD27+/IgD-, CD19+/CD27+/IgD+, CD19+/CD27+/IgM-, CD19+/CD27+/IgM+, CD19+/CD40+, CD19+/CD10+/IgD+, CD19+/IgD+/IgM+, & CD20+. A CBC with differential must be ordered and collected at the same time as the B-cell Panel in order to calculate absolute counts.
