Phlebotomy will draw Monday-Thursday & 6:00am run only on Friday. Will not draw if ordered with Lymphocyte Cultures (Mitogen &/or Antigen). Panel includes % and absolute CD2+, CD3-/CD16+/CD56+, CD3+, CD3+/CD4+, CD3+/CD8+, CD3+/CD132+, CD3+/HLA-Dr+, CD4+/CD45RA+, CD4+/CD45RO+, CD5+/CD19+, CD8+/CD28-, CD19+, CD19+/HLA-Dr+, CD20+, HLA-ABC, & TCR gamma/delta+. A CBC with differential must be ordered and collected at the same time as the DiGeorge Panel in order to calculate absolute counts.
