    Once the tissue is frozen it should not be allowed to thaw. Keep at -70 degrees C until shipping. Use overnight or rapid delivery carriers. Shipment cost is responsibility of sender. Do not send specimens on Fridays, weekends or Holidays. Tissue most remain in frozen state during shipment.

Remarks

Must be submitted on a fully completed Requisition Form Anatomic Pathology  Client. Include all required information. Ship all frozen tissue in a Styrofoam box with ample dry ice and clearly mark the outside of the box FROZEN TISSUE.
