Appointments
If your child has been referred to our multidisciplinary team for a comprehensive evaluation of a suspected neuromuscular condition, please print and complete an Enrollment Form and return it to our office with pertinent medical records from the referring physician. We will promptly review the form and call you to schedule an appointment.

A diagnostic one-on-one session with one of our Neuromuscular providers is available on Wednesday mornings on the 6th floor of the Wood Building by appointment only. Our multidisciplinary team services are available on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. by appointment only. These appointments are located in Musculoskeletal Center on the 2nd floor of the Children's Seashore House building.
To schedule an Electromyogram (EMG), please call The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 215-662-2623 to make an appointment with Dr. Richard Finkel on a Tuesday morning.
In case of an emergency, call 215-590-1000 and ask the Hospital operator to page the Neurology resident on call.
