Our locations for Rehabilitation Services
CHOP's Center for Rehabilitation offers a full spectrum of services and therapies at the Hospital's Main Campus in Philadelphia. Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services are provided at Children’s Seashore House, adjacent to the Hospital.
In addition, the Center offers many outpatient services at other CHOP Care Network facilities. This page details which therapeutic services are offered at each location. Please talk to your doctor or nurse about the best options for your child and your family.
