Materials include a laminated reference card with vaccine information and two different posters for healthcare professionals to use in the clinical setting; a bookmark for parents with vaccine information; and four different designs of bookmarks for adolescents and teens.

The Parents PACK program was designed to aid in communicating to parents the importance of immunizing their children. The program includes a monthly email newsletter and Web site. The Center offers free materials to inform patients about this program including: a Parents PACK information tear pad, Parents PACK information easel, and three letter-sized posters to display in your office.
