- The Pink Book - commonly known as "The Pink Book," the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has published the 11th edition of its comprehensive vaccine guide, "Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases" containing the latest information and updates on immunizations.
- The Saturday Shot tells the story of a young girl going to the doctor's office for a check-up and vaccine. Written by a child for children, this book provides a child's perspective to getting immunized. Published in 2009, it is available from Tate Publishing.
- Vaccinated: One Man's Quest to Defeat the World's Deadliest Diseases written by Paul Offit, MD and published in 2007 by Smithsonian Books.
- Vaccinating Your Child: Questions & Answers for the Concerned Parent, second edition was written by Sharon Humiston, MD, MPH, and Cynthia Good and published in 2000 by Peachtree Publishers Ltd.
- Vaccines: What You Should Know, third edition was co-written and revised in 2003 by Paul Offit, MD, the director of the Vaccine Education Center, in collaboration with Louis Bell, MD. The book is available from Barnes and Noble, Amazon.com, and Wiley.
- The Vaccine Handbook: A Practical Guide for Clinicians was written by Gary Marshall, MD. The second edition was published in 2008 by PCI Books and is meant to help providers navigate the world of vaccinology.
- Yellow Book is an informational guide produced by the CDC that outlines medical information necessary for international travel.
- Your Child's Best Shot: A Parents Guide to Vaccination was written by the Canadian Pediatric Society in Ottawa, Ontario.
