As a pediatric nurse practitioner, my role is to facilitate care of the child and family going through a stem cell transplant. I especially enjoy empowering parents and their child through this process. Over the 20 years that I have worked in pediatric oncology, I have been most impressed by the strength of the families who are cared for at CHOP.
I have co-authored several articles, presented posters, and presented lectures on stem cell transplant, graft vs. host disease and solid organ transplant following hematopoietic stem cell transplant.
